Abstract

The complex Ni-0(PPh3)(2)(CO)(2) shows a red photoluminescence (lambda(max) = 650 nm) at r.t. It is suggested that this emission originates from a Ni-0 --> PPh3 metal-to-ligand charge transfer triplet. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
