Abstract

The fermionic R & eacute;nyi entanglement entropy is studied for causal diamonds in two-dimensional Minkowski space. Choosing the quasi-free state describing the Minkowski vacuum with an ultraviolet regularization, a logarithmically enhanced area law is derived.
