Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is an autosomal-dominant phacomatosis that manifests with visceral harmatomas, epilepsy, and mental retardation. Paranasal angiofibromas may cause bleeding and difficulties in nasal breathing and can stigmatise the individual. When treating TSC patients, the otolaryngologist must take patient compliance and the tendency to develop malignancies into account. We report on a 34-year-old woman who was treated successfully by a combination of CO2 laser treatment and fibrin glue. The cosmetic results were excellent.
