Abstract

The complex Cu-1(fla)(PPh3)(2) with fla(-) = flavonolate shows luminescence at room temperature which originates from the flavonolate ligand. This emission consists of a fluorescence (lambda (max) = 595 nm, tau = 9.8 ns) and a phosphorescence (lambda (max) = 810 nm, tau = 1.2 mus). (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
