Abstract

The MXT-M-3.2 breast cancer implanted into female B6D3F(1) mice accelerates the growth of an identical second tumor. This process is inhibited by [meso-1,2-bis(2,6-dichloro-4-hydroxyphenl)ethylenediamine]dichloroplatinum(II). The possible modes of action of this compound as a biological response modifier are discussed.
