Abstract

Self-organized current-density filaments in n-GaAs epitaxial layers with concentric contact geometries have been studied under the influence of a magnetic field. By measuring the photoluminescence spatially and temporally resolved bending of filaments and various types of filament oscillation modes have been observed.
