Abstract

We have performed calculations of the resistivity of amorphous Fe1-xZrx alloys in the ferromagnetic state using the two-current model within a generalized Faber-Ziman theory. We assumed that the resistivity should scale with the d-like density of states at the Fermi level. The results are in quite a good agreement with the experiment. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
