Abstract

A large family with congenital heart disease is described. The pattern of inheritance suggests an autosomal dominant trait with high penetration, although the morphologic phenotype is quite varibable, including Ebstein's anomaly, cleft mitral leaflet, bicuspid aortic valve, and atrioventricular canal.
