A protocol for the determination of cyclosporine A in concentrations down to 10 ng/300 mg of cutaneous scales is described, using a liquid-liquid extractive prepurification followed by two-dimensional HPLC analysis on Spherisorb Alumina PC18 and LiChrospher RP-18 columns.
