A simple method, based on electron microscopy and thermomechanical investigations which allows one to determine the radius of the domains, the constitution of the chains and the number of chains per domain, will be presented for two types of triblock elastomers, Kraton 1101 (SBS) and Kraton 1107 (SIS).
