Abstract

Including explicitly the exchange interaction between conduction electrons and f-electrons in the Anderson Hamiltonian the competition between the hopping-induced antiferromagnetic interaction and the ferromagnetic exchange interaction in dynamical quantities is investigated using scaling ideas. Furthermore, the influence of Coulomb interactions between conduction electrons and empty f-sites is studied.
